Requirements

    • Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist, preferably in the advertising or creative industry.
    • Thorough understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
    • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
    • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
    • Creative and forward-thinking mindset with a passion for fostering a positive work culture.

    As HR Manager, you will

    • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions.
    • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
    • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment by implementing employee engagement initiatives.
    • Address and resolve employee concerns and grievances in a timely and fair manner.
    • Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in accordance with applicable laws and industry best practices.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and handle all HR-related legal matters.
